How to be a qualified cat keeper

1. Get vaccinated

Cat triple + a rabies, (triple prevention of feline nasal branch, feline calicivirus, feline distemper)

2. Deworming inside and out. Take pills for internal drive, and insect repellent for external drive.

3. Remove ear mites every one or two weeks. Black earwax in a cat's ear.

4. The cat takes a bath, once a month or so.

5. For cat food, give cats a certain brand of cat food. Changing cat food frequently is not good for the cat’s stomach.

6. Substances Harmful to Cats

1) Chocolate and other caffeinated beverages: Caffeine is highly toxic to cats and can be fatal in severe cases.

2) Lily: Can cause kidney failure

3) Milk: It is not highly toxic, but cats do not have the ability to metabolize lactose, which can easily cause diarrhea

4) Do not give cats any medicines that humans take. If you are sick, please go to a special animal hospital for treatment.

7. Common diseases

1. Cat vomiting is generally fine. They may be throwing up hairballs, or eating too much,or they are in a hurry. Too much vomiting is not normal, go to the hospital as soon as possible.

2. The common problem is cold and fever. If it is not serious, it will heal itself in about a week. If it is serious, you need to seek medical treatment immediately.

3. In terms of skin diseases, cat moss (fungal infection) is common. Cat moss can be transmitted to humans, but it is not a big problem. Spray medicine on time and eat more nutrition cream to supplement vitamins, and it will heal itself slowly.
